The South West has such a wonderful larder of ingredients we have no need to look further afield – some of the finest beef, lamb and pork comes from neighbouring farms, chickens and ducks too are free range; the seas around the South West peninsula offer a rich abundance of superior seafood; the surrounding fields and woodland provide deer, pheasant, partridge, woodcock and snipe to name just a few.
