About This File
Egrets Room Video Tour.
Yeoldon house has ten bedrooms (three of these can be converted into twins), all of which are en-suite with tea and coffee making facilities. The rooms are located on the first and second floors. Whilst each room has everything you need for a relaxing and comfortable stay including hair dryers, irons and ironing boards, modem telephones and colour televisions, they are all unique with a style of their own. It is difficult to choose between the elegant four-poster room,"Lady Dawe" the delightful split level “Hubbastone” with its own balcony or “Lundy” with paintings by a local artist of the island. Five of the rooms have wonderful views over the river Torridge, three of them with balconies whilst the garden view rooms overlook a tranquil scene of rabbits munching the lawn or the egrets coming home to roost on a summer’s evening. Disabled Access Yeoldon is an old Victorian house and does not have a lift to the bedrooms. The layout of the ground floor area also prohibits us widening the toilet doors for wheelchairs. However, our staff are trained to help guests with disabilities of any kind and will gladly assist in any way possible.
